E-gift cards on WWW.HYPERBEES.COM are digital codes that customers can use as a payment method at checkout.
When the customer purchases an e-gift card, the customer will receive an email containing a unique code and the card's value to the email that was entered through the checkout process.
The customer can directly enter the recipient's email address (or) can enter their email addresses and forward the email with the e-gift card to the recipient.
To use the gift card, the recipient enters the code during checkout, which deducts the balance from the total order cost, including tax and shipping. Customers can apply the balance across multiple purchases or combine it with other payment methods and discount codes.

RETURN POLICY (United States)
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after this period may be denied and returned to the sender.
• Free return shipping is available on your first return for any U.S. order. You must use the prepaid return label we provide and mail your return within 7 days of receiving the label.
• The original shipping charge paid at checkout is non-refundable. Shipping fees are not refunded, even if your return is approved. Only the merchandise total (excluding the original shipping charge) will be refunded.
• Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit.
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
• Returns must be received in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, perfume, deodorant, or missing tags may be refused and returned to the customer.
• How do I make return?
Send us an email at sales@shophyperbees.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason for return. We will issue you a Return Authorization along with Return Shipping Label, which should be included in your return package.
